I always workout my neck. It’s one of the first things that women see and they like the masculine appearance. Also, I used to play hockey and you have to have a strong neck. When you get slammed into the boards you must have a thick, strong upper back and neck to absorb the impact and to keep your head from slamming against the boards.

He already lost the crazy stuff from the deca, tren, etc. All the rest of the tissue that's on his frame he can just maintain with HRT and proper training. Also, to be honest, he's likely on HRT+ where he's practically doing a mini cycle. (200-250mg of test a week isn't HRT guys, c'mon lol)

In this case with his overall thickness, his neck size is a positive. Give credit to the body part. Judges don’t give extra points for any other body parts for SMALLNESS as long as it’s not too much out of symmetry and this guy is thick all over.
